Rachel Notman is one of the new breed of young, fresh and innovative photographers who are developing to meet the changing trends of today. After working alongside her father Mike Notman, a respected licentiate of the Master Photographers Association and Kodak and Fuji award winner. With Mike’s encouragement Rachel has developed a style and ideas of her own.

When training she wasn’t allowed to take photos herself until she had attended at least 60 weddings with her father and this has stuck with her.

Rachel has gained recognition of her own by becoming an LMPA in the Master Photographers Association.

She doesn’t believe in sending anyone to do her work for her so it will only ever be Rachel photographing your wedding. Studios that send students or new employees to photograph a wedding are taking a big risk; a bride and groom should know the individual style of a photographer and be able to meet with them as often as they like. This is why Rachel will meet up and talk through any ideas, queries and thoughts that the bride and groom may have.
